We have the Rhapsody on an ipod and it does not work. We bought the approved device from Rhapsody and they claim it would work. Well when it doesn't their live support tells you that it does not and then they disconnect. They offer no good customer service and I am not satisfied. They are misleading customers on their site. They should not state that things will work when they won't. We have tried to do everything that is stated in the instructions but to no success. I wish they would offer better support to help solve these problems. 12769e8
