5 years of rhapsody & counless problems, latest (3-2011) is not being able to use the music we are paying for ! They are working on it- thats the robo-emails we get back from our complaints. We have Sansa mp3's and we are not able to access all the tunes we have put on them ! Their only fix would take us months to do, to switch every single tune to another format,singly-one at a time ! We are talking near 1,000 songs- I only wish I had that much free time ! Calls are to India, takes hours & yet no results. They offer 8 weeks free to new customers, but won't offer us anything for being down for 5 weeks. Poor, nearly non-existant service, and lots of technical glitches. 1276cb0
